Confined to his room, Kaej is able to enlist Yulesad's help to find Jare, one of Norim's military cadets.

The Journey to the Sun was a proving ground for the Seven Stone warriors. Each warrior was given a "princess", and a couple of military cadets, to escort across the vast land to the Unabara Kingdom. If they could make it to the end with the ceremony going uninterrupted, they were officially inducted into the Kingdom.

Jare was one of Norim's military cadets. Jovial yet naïve, he had an intense respect for Norim. He left the Sanchi Kingdom once the new royal family started to slander her name and erase her from history.
